ABOUT THE CENTER: Our story reveals a history of collaborating colleagues, sponsers, and friends. Founded in 1983, the Center bridges the passage between the academic and retailing communities. The Center extends a strong international voice for retailing, contributes to the practice of retailing, inspires students to enter retailing careers, and offers retailing education for graduates and undergraduates as well as executives. The Center for Retailing Studies is housed in the Department of Marketing in the Mays Business School located in the Wehner Building (above) at Texas A&M University.
